1. 1. How can I get a Delta SkyMiles® account?

2. How do I earn miles for viewing the video?

Click on the "Launch Video" button and a pop-up will appear with the image of the video. Press "Play" to view the video. After the video is complete, you will be asked to enter your Delta SkyMiles number and your email address. You will also be asked a question about Bose® QuietComfort® 15 headphones. A correct answer to the question will trigger a deposit of 150 miles into your account within six to eight weeks, while supplies last. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your miles have been deposited.

3. Is there a limit to the number of times I can view the video?
You may view the video as many times as you want and you will be given an unlimited number of chances to correctly answer the qualifying question. However, you are only eligible to earn one award of 150 Delta SkyMiles for viewing the video.

4. What if I am unable to view the video?
The Flash® plug-in is needed to watch the video. You can download the Flash® plug-in now by clicking here.

5. How is my e-mail address used?
Your email address will be used to send you an email confirmation when your miles are deposited. If you wish to learn more about products and promotions from Bose, you can also request to receive Bose emails.

6. Will the miles earned from the video be added to the other miles in my Delta SkyMiles account?
Yes, the miles you earn from watching the video are in addition to any other miles earned for this promotion, and will be added to your current mileage balance.

7. Where can I find a list of Bose stores?

You can search for a Bose store, or see a state-by-state list, on the Bose Stores portion of Bose.com.

8. How can I receive a Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones demonstration?
Visit your nearest Bose store or airport location between 8/29/11 and 9/12/11, and tell a Bose demonstration specialist that you're a Delta SkyMiles member and would like to receive a QC®15 headphones demo. At the completion of the demo, your demonstration specialist will capture the information necessary (First Name, Last Name, SkyMiles number and email address) to deposit the 350 miles into your SkyMiles account. You'll receive an email confirmation when the miles have been credited to your account.

9. Can I earn additional miles if I purchase a Bose® QuietComfort 15 headphones at a Bose store or kiosk?
Yes. Please refer to question #13

10. When will the miles be credited to my SkyMiles account?
Please allow a six- to eight-week validation period for your miles to be posted. You'll receive an email confirmation when the miles have been credited to your account.

11. What should I do if I haven't received the miles after the six- to eight-week validation period?
Please call Bose Customer Service at 1-877-782-0172.

12. Can I buy Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones online today and receive this mileage offer?

Yes. Go to www.milesforbose.com/deq0811 and click the "Purchase Now" link. That brings you to the Delta SkyMiles shopping page. From there, follow the on-screen directions to complete your purchase. If you complete your QC15 headphones purchase through this special offer page before 9/12/2011, you'll earn 1500 miles.

13. If I don't want to purchase QC15 headphones today, can I still earn miles by purchasing them at a later time?
Yes. You can earn 1500 miles when you purchase QC15 headphones at a Bose store or airport kiosk from 8/29/11 through 9/12/11. After 9/12/11, you can also earn 2 miles for every $1 spent when you purchase the headphones either at www.milesforbose.com/deq0811 or by calling 1-877-782-0172. Supplies are limited.
